Creating the right travel policy

The key elements in determining the success of your travel policy include:

  • type of airfares that are purchased e.g. restricted/flexible
  • preferred carriers
  • class of travel permitted by various personnel
  • a consolidated list of preferred hotels
  • method of payment for travel purchases
  • approval processes

Travelforce will assist you in developing and implementing your travel policy. Your travel policy data will be built in both our online and offline systems and then applied to all your travel bookings. Your travel data is also downloaded into Ascent TravelAnalysis allowing us to measure compliance, recognise tendencies and make qualified recommendations, ultimately reducing your travel costs.
