Developed as part of the Ascent Travel Management System, MyTrip is an online invoice and reconciliation
system which provides same day access to all invoices. MyTrip provides the answer to all your travel related
accounting needs.
Available in a user-friendly format , MyTrip gives a complete breakdown of all costs associated to each trip booked by Travelforce, for any period. Access to MyTrip can be given to both individual travellers and also more broadly for financial administration.
MyTrips dynamic filtering functionality allows reports to be quickly and easily customised to suit your specific
requirements. Data can be collated by invoice number, individual traveller or department and cost centres.
Should you need to customise the information further, MyTrip reports are exportable into Excel.
Travelforce invoices can be set up to reflect company hierarchy and capture reference data such as purchase order numbers or references to the matter of the purchase. Additionally, invoices can be printed directly from MyTrip.
