Privacy statement

As part of its corporate philosophy, Travelforce Pty Limited does not seek confidential personal information from clients except for purposes which facilitate the improvement of services to clients.

In compliance with the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 Travelforce Pty Limited provides the following statement:

Travelforce will only collect information that is necessary for its functions and activities including the maintenance and improvement of its client service standards;

Travelforce will not disclose to any third party any sensitive information without your consent or non-sensitive information unless it is related to the purposes of collection;

Travelforce will take reasonable steps to ensure the personal information collected, used or disclosed is accurate, complete and up-to-date;

Travelforce will take reasonable steps to protect the information held from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure;

Any individual seeking access to personal information about him/herself held by Travelforce will be granted access to such information unless particular circumstances (as prescribed by the Act) apply that enable Travelforce to limit the extent of the access granted;

Should Travelforce no longer require the information collected, it will take the reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information;

Under the Act Travelforce will be bound by the ten National Privacy Principles ("NPPs").
