The objectives of the PPS are to: 

• Develop, implement and evaluate a formal two way communication process between Management and employees that enhances overall morale.
• Clarify what is expected of each employee in terms of performance and conduct.
• Provide a method of assessing performance against agreed standards which include Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators.
• Develop knowledge, skills and key attributes for professional growth and to enhance the ability of the Company to continue to meet its strategic goals of continued growth and profitability.
• Ensure that individual and team performance supports the Core Values.
• Encourage regular informal feedback concerning performance and conduct.
